- How long dispatch takes, and how long delivery then takes to each destination.
- What postage costs, who carries it, and whether it is tracked or insured.
- That customs duties and import taxes outside the UK are the buyer's to pay.
- What happens to a parcel that is lost or arrives damaged, and by when the buyer must say so.
