UNFINISHED — NOT A POLICY
Returns and cancellation
The right to change your mind, and how to use it.
THIS PAGE HAS NOT BEEN WRITTEN
Nothing below is a policy.
What follows is the checklist of what this page has to say — not the thing itself. The wording is Anastasiia Uschapivska's to write, or her solicitor's, because it binds her business and not the people who built the site. Nothing here creates or limits any right. Until it is written, ask on Instagram @nastya.ushchapo and you will get a straight answer.
What this page has to contain
- The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 right to cancel: 14 days from receiving the goods, no reason required, and a further 14 days to send them back.
- That the refund covers the price plus the standard outbound postage, and is due within 14 days of the goods coming back.
- Who pays return postage, and how a painting on paper must be packed to travel safely.
- The model cancellation form from Schedule 3 of those Regulations, reproduced word for word and available to the buyer to use.
- How to cancel without the form — Instagram is the only channel this shop publishes, so it has to be named here.
- Damaged or faulty on arrival: the separate Consumer Rights Act 2015 remedy, and by when the buyer must report it.
- Any exclusion the Regulations permit — a commission painted to a buyer's own specification is the likely one — stated plainly, up front.
